The Girls of Antler Trails
All the girls at Antler Trails are hunters, mainly
upland because that is our personal preference,
but all are skilled waterfowl hunters too.  All of
them are either AKC Hunt Test Titled or in
training to begin running in AKC Hunt Tests in
2009.  We personally train and run our own
dogs, both for hunting and hunt tests.
Here at Antler Trails, our labs are our family
members.  From the time they are young, they
are raised in our home.  We not only expect
them to be good hunting dogs, we expect them
to be well mannered house companions too.
They live side by side with us.  Our lines are
from American and British lines, Titled Field
Trial or Hunt Test lines, Tournament Hunting
lines, and active hunting lines.

Windy is the daughter of our girl Tasha.  She's a yellow/dark
yellow 50 pound girl.  Windy shows great potential, she has
the desire and drive we love and she has beautiful lining
abilities.  From the time she was seven weeks old and
introduced to her first live bird, she's shown she loves
birds!  Windy is progressing through her general field
training and she received her Junior Hunter Title in
2008 at the age of 19 months old.

Maxi is a 52 pound, all British lab who is fox red with some
dark yellow undertones.  We acquired her into our family at 6
months old and we are very impressed with her.  She has
intense retrieving desire and shows natural quartering in
the field.  If you love the British lab but wish for more drive,
this girl has it.  True to the British standards, she is calm
until it's time to retrieve or work.  Maxi is currently working
on obedience training and field training to participate in
Hunt Tests in 2009.

Misty is the 53 pound daughter of our girl Koda.  She's our
little spunky girl in the family, always attentive to what's
going on around her.  Misty has intense retrieving desire,
just like her mom Koda.  It already shows that she has the
need for speed and loves to use it while retrieving.  We look
forward to starting her field training this year and watching
her talents and skills develop.  Misty attended T3 @ the
Duluth Retriever Club the summer of 2008.
